Mini blog: Living With No Regrets

I watched a video recently that asked people to talk about their biggest regrets in life. When I thought about it, it was difficult for me to come up with any. This is not to say that there have not been events and moments in my life that made me sad, angry or hurt. However, today, looking back, I regret none of it. Here is why.
While we have all made "bad" decisions in life, and ask ourselves "what if?" When I ask myself what if, I can always look back and see how every event and action from my past has led to something else great in my life.

Events that may be seen as regretful to some have led to the birth of my so far only child, to me starting my own business, to me being a kinder, more confident woman, to me being in this moment writing this blog post.

This is the way I choose to look at life, and I believe this has contributed greatly to my general happiness. I encourage you to have a positive outlook on life and challenge yourself to realizing how your "regrets" have shaped you as an individual, and led to your successes.

I would love to discuss this more. Comment below and let me know how you keep a positive outlook on life.
